hi Alessandro ,
I guess you are familiar with Brett because i think your playing is influenced by him... What do you think about him? i guess he has the best legato ever, even better than Allan Holdsworth.
Btw, you rule!

Brett Garsed is great!! I can remember the first time that I've heard his solo on the So What! on the Centrifugal Funk CD!! He has a lot of chops, but he is also a great musician! He gave me a copy of his latest CD, and I have to say that I really enoyed the music! I can only say good things about him!

Yeah, he's great and i believe he's underrated...Brett along with tj helmerich (master of 8-finger tapping) wrote some of the best guitar performances ever.
You are nice man Alessandro.

I am also a big fan of Brett Garsed on the first Planet X CD, particularly the traack Sea Of Antiquity. Also, the last solo album is one that grew on me....plus Loch Rannoch...amazing solo

Yeah!!! I did an article about that CD on Axe Magazine, with some transcriptions, and an interview, long time ago!! Brett playing was over the top, but I can remember that I was a little bit disappointed because the Guitar was too low on the overall mix. Too bad that Axe is italian language only
